The Canal of New Hope, PA
A favorite place of mine to photograph is New Hope,Pa. Finally the waters are back in the canals after about 8 or 9 years. Here’s a couple of photos shot last week.

The photos with this post were taken using Ilford SFX200, which is classified an as Infrared film, although no filter was used.

I spent this past Saturday, walking around Downtown Manhattan shooting the scenery with an old Pentax 35MM (ME Super) on 400 ISO Black & White with a 28MM prime lens. I feel that practicing “Old School” photography is a good way of maintaining basics of composition and exposure. The photos were only slightly retouched for cropping tone, and developing blemishes. Some of the results are what follows:
